I grew up right here in Hudson, where I attended school from Kindergarten, all the way through high school. I went on to Stephen F. Austin State University where I graduated in May 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies.
​ In July of 2014 I married my best friend, Travis Kirtley. He is a firefighter for the city of Beaumont. We have a daughter named Emberly who is four years old. We enjoy spending as much time as we can together with our family!
​ This is my eighth year teaching Kindergarten here at Peavy Primary. I consider it such a blessing to teach in the district that I grew up in myself! I'm so excited to share a fun-filled year with my students!
